I am experienced, skilled and passionate about clear strategic focus, identifying key priorities, cultivating the culture required to deliver on the strategy and build leadership capability to lead organisational results.
I have worked with a wide range of organisations, supporting CEO’s, senior leaders and teams to lead the organisation. I am passionate about working with leaders to align, working as a high performing team to drive organisational relationships and results.
I have over fifteen years of experience as a coach and facilitator and am currently coaching a range of CEO’s, executive’s and senior leaders in government, local government, NGO, Universities and private business.
Currently based in Tauranga, New Zealand, I work with clients from around New Zealand, Australia and USA.
Qualifications: LLB, MBA for GMs (Institute for Strategic Leadership)
